Had an amazing experience with Cityproof. When they first quoted me, I thought the windows seemed very expensive. However once I saw the final product and had them installed I felt like I got an amazing deal! The quality of the windows are incredible and the finish matches my existing windows exactly. They were very honest and helpful in the quoting process about what I should expect in terms of aesthetics, cleaning and most importantly sound reduction. If anything, they undersold the effectiveness because my Tribeca bedroom is now as quiet as a cabin in the woods. Lastly, the install crew was top-notch! Professional, good communication and most importantly they did excellent work on the install. 10 out of 10!

The service is excellent!!! The noise reduction is dramatic! Before our soundproof windows and A/C cover were installed, we could hear ongoing buzzing and rumbling sounds from trucks and machinery from the neighborhood. After the installation, we can finally rest and sleep peacefully without hearing disruptive sounds. It has improved our experience in living in a busy street GREATLY. Anni, Marc and Antonio offered superb service. The company even acquired extra documentation to work in our building. And Antonio was so kind and helpful. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE! I moved to Yonkers and despite my apartment being on the 3rd floor, the street noises were still loud. Between buses, people blasting music on the streets, and the bar across the street, I decided to get soundproof windows installed (I work from home). My original consult was in November and the windows were installed while I was away for 2 months. When I got back, I had the best night's sleep in absolute silence. During the day, when I have my music on in the house, I can't hear anything outside. Best investment I've ever made! Excellent experience. The sound proof windows are a good investment. The noise from the rooftop midnight frat parties in the building behind my apartment are muted. While my neighbors are writing letters to management I'm sleeping like a baby. Additionally the company was a pleasure to work with from salesman Denis to the front office staff Anni to the foreman of the installation crew Antonio. Everyone was polite, professional, easy peasy to work with. There is not a negative thing I can say about my experience.

We had an excellent experience from the start, our salesperson was attentive, he listened to our needs and recommended solutions. Office staff kept us updated on production and delivery dates. Measurements were taken twice to make sure installation would be problem free. Installation went without incident. The installation team was excellent they protected the area; and after installation the team manager explained in detail how to use my new soundproof windows.

CityProof windows are life-changing. Hated the noise that was coming from 6th Avenue into my 4th floor bedroom. Brian Denis came to measure and problem solve (true professional). Got them installed in my bedroom 9 weeks later and they are game changing, blocking majority of noise. The loudest of noises coming from outside are now a dull semblance of what they once were. Not only has my sleep improved dramatically, but bedroom is now an overall oasis from city noises.

Extremely professional firm and their product and service was beyond our expectation. They provided soundproofing for us in midtown NYC and it is by far the best product we have purchased. I anticipated the soundproofing would work but not to the extent it actually does. We sleep now for 3 weeks with our new window and it made such a difference on the noise level in our bedroom. We have old restored single pane factory windows and even so we where a bit hesitant about installing these windows, they look great. Thermal proofing is a great added benefit.

The initial consultation to map out our needs was conducted by Brian who addressed all our concerns and was both knowledgeable and very helpful. The delivery team did an excellent job installing all the new windows in less than a day and left the place spotless and the office team have also been v prompt. Good windows, worth the price. They dramatically cut down the noise and look good. I had the half inch windows installed about 4 years ago. They were getting somewhat hard to slide and called city proof. They were very helpful and advised using a 100% silicone spray, recommended castle spray from amzn.

Window blocks out a great deal of noise and allows "ahhhhh" when coming into the room.Still hear sirens and some honking, but much reduced and I am now able to sleep at night without earplugs ... can you help with my wife's snoring?
